Ministry of Power (MoP), NTPC and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) have signed an agreement to undertake joint project with technical assistance of JICA experts for `Study on enhancing Efficiency of Operating Thermal Power Plants in NTPC – India` in New Delhi today (November 3).

The agreement is the outcome of discussions under Indo-Japan Energy Dialogue.

The study will be implemented and coordinated by NTPC-Centre for Power Efficiency & Environmental Protection
