Jet Airways (India) will dilute 10% equity to international funds, it (Jet Airways) said without divulging the identity of the funds, timing and price, reports Economic Times.

The chairman holds close to 80% stake in the company, he said the dilution is likely to go up 15-20% in near future.

This is over and above the company`s plans to raise up to USD 800 million through a qualified institutional placement of equity shares and USD 400 million through a rights issue
