The board of directors of Insecticides India, at its meeting held on Oct. 24, 2008, has approved sale of investment in the subsidiary company `Advance Crop Solutions`.

The company registered a 3.04 times growth in net profits to Rs 61.93 million for the quarter ended in June 2008 from a profit of Rs 20.35 million for the quarter ended in June 2007.
