Overnight call rates increased within the range of 7.75-9.50% on Saturday, August 16. Weighted average - rate (WAR) stood at 9.39% on August 16, as compared to 8.68% on the previous working day i.e. August 14. The total turnover of the call market increased to Rs 201.2 million from the previous day`s Rs 79.3 million.
